we have been trying to fee it adn i just looked up what food it might like. It's eyes jsut opened today adn it seems to be ok. it's crawling around, btu what should we do? as far as i know the squirrel mother is very jealous and if someone touches her baby she wont want the baby squirrel anymore...
what you can do is take to a vet, or some pet shop so they could take charge of it. Maybe it needs special food or milk.. idk
I would find a shady spot with shelter and put a box there and let the little squirrel go. And if it wants it can stay in the box. It'll be okay. You can put a little food in the box too if you want.
Go too a walmart or any pet store and buy some %26gt;%26gt; KMR and a bottle in the pet department i raised a baby squirrel and let it go a month ago.
take it to a vet and keep it...because i dont think its mother would accep it now...cauz they would think that its some one elses baby...not hers
