Mix cayenne pepper in some oil and spay it around the base of the tree, and up the tree for about 5 feet. The squirrels (mammals) hate it - it burns their eyes, and they won't go near the tree, but it won't bother the birds at all.

Why would anyone care about a squirrel. Hmm, this guy must have other things going on, and he is blaming it on the squirrel. In other words, he may have other unresolved issues.


To answer your other question, yes sometimes people are insane, but thank God, not everyone.
I would tell him to tease the squirrel with a nut and then throw it away so it is out of the tree.
