Hurt or sick squirrel in our tree's.?

We have a squirrel who has been moving from branch to branch in our trees laying around. Every once in awhile it leaves out like a small cry. IT has to be hurt or sick because my dogs are out there now running around and the squirrel isn't leaving. What should I do?Hurt or sick squirrel in our tree's.?
How about calling animal control and letting them know of the potentially sick or injured squirrel. The number should be in the blue pages of your local county phone book. Hoping that he gets some help soon!





P.S. Perhaps you can call the local animal shelter and they will have some suggestions for you. Perhaps an SPCA (think the acronym is short for 'society for the protection and care? of animals') as well. They may have a phone number or perhaps even ask an exterminator to capture it from the tree even if it is some money, and perhaps a wildlife shelter or even animal shelter can take a look at the squirrel.Hurt or sick squirrel in our tree's.?
That squirrel isn't going any where with your dogs out there. The screeches it makes maybe warnings to you dogs. It may even live in that tree. Just let it be nature will take its course.
I don't know that there's much you CAN do. You could try animal control, but I don't know if they'd respond to a sick squirrel in a tree. It couldn't hurt to try.


Be careful not to let your dogs get it if it falls out of the tree. Who knows what it has.


Don't try to pick it up if it falls and is still alive. An injured squirrel bit my grandfather in the thumb when he tried to help it, the teeth went all the way to the bone and stuck. They had to kill the squirrel and use pliers to pull the teeth out of the bone. He was in agony. Didn't do the poor squirrel any good either.
Nothing! If the squirrel is that bad, nature will run it's course in a short time. There is a chance someone may be poisoning the squirrels in your area. You may want to keep your dogs inside, till the squirrel moves on, one way or another. If the squirel falls to the ground and was poisoned, you don't want your dogs chewing on it. Good Luck!
first you need to capture him, then preheat the oven to 415. boil a pot of water and let the squirrel simmer for 20-30 minutes. meanwhile, prepare a marinara sauce. then bake the two for 30 minutes. and BAM, you got an easy dinner for two.
I wouldn't do ANYTHING.





Squirrels are very dangerous. And when i say ';very'; i mean VERY dangerous. Leave it alone. I've read now a days that squirrels are getting a disease. So make sure not to touch that thing, unless you want to get a disease. But i am just saying i would never touch that thing. Leave it alone. It will surely go away after awhile.
